4) Returned merchandise must be of current design, in original and unused condition, and is subject to a restocking charge. Special order or customer modified products are not returnable. Contact our Customer Service Department for specific information.

5) Contact our Customer Service Department regarding a product return for any reason. A Return Materials Authorization (RMA) form will be issued. Complete and return the RMA form with the shipment. Shipments received without the RMA form will be refused andreturned at the sender’s expense.

Program dates: January 1, 2012, to March 31, 2012. Shipments must be completed by May 31, 2012. Participation is subject to credit approval. Not all customers will qualify.
